Here’s a little sprinkle of stardust from my world to yours.
After a transformational couple of months in the cosmos with the October eclipses, a Mars heavy new moon in Scorpio and the recent full moon in Gemini, we may feel like we need a pocket of peace to rest up!
If this resonates with you, hold fast, I have some thoughts around how we can work the rest of this lunar cycle, but first, I wanted to share my absolute delight at the 13 Moon Journal from Moon Phase Studios being published. Many of you reading this will know that I was the contributing Astrologer on this journal, and so it’s extra fabulous to see it in print! The Magic of the Waning Winter Moon
It's at this time of year we witness nature conserving energy, the darker nights, and for many of us, the call to go inwards.
As the trees become bare, clear winter moons guide our path. From the quiet mystery of the new moon to the lunar spectacle that is the full moon, we can find ways to move with this ebb and flow as we approach winter solstice.
The cosmic waves that have been rolling through recently have given us the opportunity to do some deep soul diving. The mystery and magic of the Scorpio new moon that began this lunar cycle helped us to work with inner change and transformation, whilst the Gemini full moon brought more of a cerebral, communicative outward energy.
As we embrace the rest of this lunar cycle before the new moon in Sagittarius on the 12th December, we can work with the energy of the waning moon. As the moon catches less and less light she reminds us to enjoy quiet introspection and to conserve our own energy. If you feel like slowing down, or taking some time out, give yourself a little more breathing space in your day. Avoid cramming your diary with appointments, listen to your body and make time for something that soothes your soul. Carving out some time to reflect can bring clarity and help you to make any adjustments that are needed. A new lunar cycle with the opportunity to set some fresh intentions will be here soon enough! Meditation, journaling and working with oracle cards are just a few suggestions for embracing the magic of the waning moon.

Lunar Retreat for 2024
Back in September, I held my Rebalance and Refresh Equinox Retreat with 6 amazing women! We had a wonderful time welcoming in the equinox energy together and working with the New Moon in Virgo. Here’s what one retreat attendee had to say:

My next in person retreat will be towards the end of March 2024 at Sensate Spa and Studios, Bristol.
